MAPRO make square / Rectangular multicone ceiling diffuser of model MDC is a versatile product for air distribution with global acceptance which are ideal for most commercial projects requiring efficient air distribution and also to maintain various ceiling patterns.

Constructed from high grade aluminum and different air pattern control core designs for horizontal diffusion.

Both square and rectangular frames with removable core are available for various applications, easy installation.

Construction
Made from high grade aluminum extrusions of 6063-T6 grade.
Frame corners are mitered and cleated with press locked joints.
Pretensioned pins for easy removal and fitting of core.
Range of prefixed neck sizes to cover all requirements.
Tailor made frame sizes are also available according to requirement.

Frame Options
Flushed type - Parallel to ceiling plane
Ant smudge - Drops in V shape from ceiling level.
Tegular - Outer most edge of frame is stepped in an upward shape for easy fitting with ceiling grid.
Grid - For lower sizes of neck while outer to suit grid fitting, single sheet pressed
Outer frame - for which extrusion sections are not available.

Application
MAPRO Round Ceiling Diffusers can be used both for supply and extract applications. With a fixed blade arrangement the ceiling diffusers are mainly suitable for Circular discharge i.e. 360°.

We have developed many models in response to specific air distribution requirements. Others have been developed or modified to meet requirements as to appearance, module size or other visual considerations.

Introduction
Spot Diffusers / Jet Nozzles give optimum performance for supply of air-distribution within large rooms where supply of air via ceiling diffuser is not feasible viz, Shopping Malls, Large Halls, Assembly Shops etc.

The “eye ball” and socket arrangement provides flexibility of setting the air jet to any desired angle within + 40-deg.

Its creative design provides excellent compatibility for esthetic match as well as acoustic characters which are ideal for application in Auditoriums, Concert Halls and Conference Rooms etc.

MAPRO flexible duct connector dampens noise & Stop Vibration
Air Flow (Mapro) flexible duct connector is designed to stop mechanical and sound vibration travel in sheet metal duct systems. We use a special fabric for greater installation flexibility and ease of duct alignment. The fabric connector decouples the air duct system from the vibrations caused by furnace blowers and electrical fans.

Introduction
MJD series of high flow Jet diffusers are suitable for wall application for large volume of air handling and longer throws. These have unique feature of setting the device both for diffusion and air Jet. Also the universal Joint type setting allows both Jet / Diffusion in any desired angle.

The diffusers are versatile in application by virtue of the novel ‘‘reversible and rotatable ’’ core design which allows the air jet to be adjusted for both pattern and deflection. Unit may be mounted individually or in banks in bulkhead arrangements or directly into stub ducts.

Suitable for large Rooms / Halls, Shopping Malls, Assembly Halls etc.

Construction
Manufactured from high grade Aluminium Spinning with “Step - Up” ring placement. The pivoted core can rotate by 360 deg with respect to the outer casing. Units are available with or without mounting plates in singular or multi - unit basis.

Mapro range of fixed blade Swirl diffusers offer efficient alternative to conventional square or round ceiling diffusers as they produces aerodynamically controlled air pattern.

MSRD series of high induction diffuser promotes the rotation of room air, which increases mixing effectiveness. The unique style of this diffuser will provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance to any architectural application.

The diffuser face of the type MSRD consist of fixed, radially arranged air control blades.

Due to the rotary swirling motion of the air discharge, induction of room air occurs very quickly, resulting in rapid decay of supply air velocity and temperature differential.

Construction:
The supply air design has specially arranged internal air guidance elements, which are not required on the exact version.
Manufactured from press formed aluminium sheet of two sizes i.e. 310 and 395 mm diameter.
